1. Teaching Methods of Teacher that you Observed

I was given the opportunity to observe sir Fromjo Reyes's 10th grade Arrupe class, and from what I saw, the classroom used at least two learning methods, namely speaking and discussion. Before entering the classroom, students were required to read and study the module that will be covered in class. After entering the classroom, pupils who already knew the material were given the opportunity to express their opinions and points of view on the subject. Following that, the teacher would facilitate material distribution to students while also asking students short questions about the topic material, and the students would be given opportunity to express their view, thoughts, and comment or debate, and then the teacher would conclude a discussion.
2. Their Learning Materials and Innovation

The pupils were handed a module created by the topic teacher, one of whom is Sir Fromjo, our mentor, as study material. The topic is frequently provided through slides that are displayed on LED TV.
3. Sources of learning and technology used by teachers
In teaching and making module, sir Fromjo using various references such as campus journals, books, for example, Alkuino, G (2013). Campus Journalism Workbook: With 2013 NSPC Guidelines and Criteria for Different Contest. GenSan RFM Printing Corp.
4. Authentic Assessment used by teachers
Teachers utilize authentic assessment in the form of essays, performance assessments through problem solving exercises and board exercises, pen-and-paper tests, recitations and observations, and essays as a form of assignment. Sir Fromjo used self-points in his class; if pupils answered his questions or shared their expertise with the class, they were given a point record in a book.
